Clarity on collaboration, access, timeline and costs. What we discuss before starting.
Your introductory conversation is with Basma. Before starting, we establish scope, responsibilities and review points so everyone's involvement is clear.
For campaigns we optimise weekly and report monthly. We discuss relevant KPIs, ad spend, results and upcoming tests, using the same measurement basis to review progress.
The domain, hosting, CMS access, ad accounts, licences and source files form part of the project agreements. After full payment you receive usage rights for the agreed purpose. Source files are transferred when agreed in writing.
We establish who handles updates, hosting and maintenance and what support you need. External licences, subscriptions and ad spend are discussed separately from project work.
Work outside the agreed scope is additional work. We discuss how changes affect the timeline and costs. Timelines are indicative; timely content, access and feedback are part of the schedule.
Under our terms, ongoing services can be cancelled in writing with at least 30 calendar days' notice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Agreed services and charges continue during that period. The full arrangements are set out in the agreement and general terms.
